Pixelated text in AE (screenshot)

I am trying to use a lower third I got from Envato but for some reason the text looks pixelated. Can anybody explain what's happening?

Can't tell without seeing what is going on in the layers. Your screenshot looks enlarged. White edges against black are not going to compress very well, but I think something else is going on. Try sending a full screenshot with the modified properties of the layers revealed. (uu + PrintScreen + paste)

I don't see well on your screenshot, what is Resolution? Third? If yes, this means that the window previewes every third pixel of you comp to fast the process. So pixels look larger then in reality. Final render will come well.
