Pixelation and random frame jumps

App version : After Effects 23.1.0

Platform: Windows Pc

I have pixelation and random frame jumps problem, when i edit clips drag timeline suddenly the currrent frame jumps to random frame please help me to solve this problem.

By the way, there is no problem when playing the video on the desktop

Turn off hardware accelerated decoding in the preferences unde Import and since you ripped this from YouTube it may also require transcoding in Handbrake to be compliant with established H.264/ MP4 specs.
