Pixelization effect

Hi!
I would like to know how to achieve this progressive pixelization effect in specific corners of the image, as shown in the examples below. Thanks for the help 😄

It looks to me like the effect is happening in the brightest parts of the video only. I would duplicate the video layer and on the top one I would apply the Extract effect to key out the darker parts of the image to the desired amount, so you are only working with the brighter parts. The colors are altered in your second and third examples, so next I would use Hue/Saturation or some other color effect to change the colors. Then I would use the mosaic effect to create the pixilation. Finally I would apply a Bevel and Emboss layer style. Hope this helps!
