Playing bar not loading the entire animation

Hey,

I currently have some problems with my AE. 

The "playing bar" is not loading the entire animation which makes impossible for me to work on it. No matter how many times I press  the space bar to make it run and load. 

I already checked the Disk cache, memory and storage in my laptop but everything is fine: 

I already unistall and install again AE but nothing has changed. Between all actions a=I also restarted the cmputer different times. 

What else can I do?

Did soemeone else has the same issue?
