Please Help: Alpha Stencil Not Rendering/Exporting my Animation Properly

I've been trying to render an animation that has a layer with the alpha stencil turned on (for small fluid/wave-like effect) and extract effect. It's my first time using alpha stencil, I'm not sure why the animation isnt showing up in the render even if I turn on RGB+alpha in the Quicktime render setting.

These are my settings (adjustment layer) 

(This is the one inside the precomp Ripples)

I want this to show up after the vid renders

But I only get this in my render (the small waves aren't showing up)
