Without any specific info about the template/ project contents and your computer we can't tell you much. On a hunch I'd say the grid flor or the dots of the map use some overcranked Motion Tile values based on expressions, so that would definitely be the first thing to investigate. Anything more will indeed require better info.

Looks like your scene is exceeding the frame size limit. Could you share your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)? Also, what's the resolution of your comp, and which effects did you use?
