I use other Adobe products but have never used After Effects. Just a few questions if someone can help would be greatly appreciated. I can't tell but I found software that says Adobe After Effects 2022? I don't know if the different versions. This is only like $40. I just want to make sure I'm getting the real Adobe After Effects.
Also, I want to do some very basic work with particles for introductions and it looks like the software will do some basic particle work is that true?
I did also see some Partical work for purchase from POND 5 and it looks like you have to have CC6 or number 6 greater. So does After affects 2022 cover that also or is there's something diffrtent than this?
One more very basic question. Can you make complete videos in this also and export them like Sony Vegas does?

After Effects is an animation and compositing application, not an editor.

You can do some editing with it, but Premiere Pro is more suited for editing video.

My main thin is amature video editing but I like Partical effects and wanted to play with that a little??

You are not getting a legal copy at that price.

AE 2022 is not available for purchase, only by subscription.

So you cant buy it just once you have to have a subscription???

All I want to do is a little bit of partical work??

AE is only available by subscription.

What type of "work" do you want to do?

You may be able to use Premiere Elements, a one time purchase.
