Plugin folder AE 2022 missing?

So I feel like I'm missing something basic here, but the program files/adobe/After effects 2022/Support Files/Plugins Folder is missing after installing it. Furthermore if I create that folder and place a plugin in there it doesn't find the plugin. This happening to anyone else?

ok I figured it out, maybe it's becuawe I copied prefs from the old version it needed to go in common C:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\7.0\MediaCore

Now it shows up.
