Plugins fail to load + Couldn't find main entry point for LightSweep.AEX 48::72

Question

Last week Adobe Premiere suddendly didn't work anymore.. was suspecting a windows update. It said it couldn't load msvcp100.dll and msvcr100.dll. So it just copied the dlls manually which fixed the problem.

And now when I want to open a After Effect project I get this:

After Effects warning: The following plugins have failed to load. Please reinstall these plugins:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects 2021\Support Files\Plug-ins\Effects\CycoreFXHD\BallAction.aex
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe After Effects 2021\Support Files\Plug-ins\Effects\CycoreFXHD\Bender.aex
..... and so on (every single plugin)

and after this warning a get an error:

After Effects error: Couldn't find main entry point for LightSweep.AEX

What the hell is going on? I need to finish a project and suddendly nothing is working anymore. I reinstalled both programs several times now and cleaned the folders containing the plugins and nothing works...

I'm really desperate.. does anybody know how to fix this?

Well i was able to fix it by manually copy all the msvcp1xx.dll and msvcr1xx.dll to the Adobe After Effects directory. (C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro 2021)

Don't know what caused this, was extremely annoying.

BTW all applications are up-to-date and installed via the creative cloud.
