Plugins installed ads usual but simply not showing up.

I use after effects through Creative Cloud and recently tried to download the plugin Sapphire. I downloaded it exactly as instructed and moved the Plugin folder to the AE Plugins folder etc.

 

Despite opening and closing After Effects, the effects form the plugin aren't showing up in the Effect and Preset menu so I simply can't use them

 

I use After Effects 2020 on a Macbook pro and I have Catalina OS in case that's important-

You also might want to check with Sapphire tech support.

Anything is possible, but start by double- and triple-checking you installed the right version. Also ensure that the GenArts license manager is actually able to launch. The plug-ins won't load without it even in the trial version.
