plugins - where are they and how to install

New to all of this ... please forgive me if this is a silly question ... but where are the plugins and how do I install them?  I bought an editing pack and these are the instructions:

"Thank you for purchasing my editing pack !  All of these presets are free to be personalized as you like, I highly recommend you to do so. To install the presets, copy and baste the folders in the "Presets" folder in your Adobe After Effects installationn folder in order to have every presets working, you must download the following plugins:
Sapphire plugins
Twitch"

I've attached a screenshot of the plugin folder under Adobe program file.
