Olá! A cada vez que atualizo o after effects, eu tenho que reconfigurar minhas workspaces, labels e todo o resto, até mesmo o idioma! Nada fica salvo e eu fico com um software zerado.
Como posso corrigir isso?
Thanks for posting about this issue. What language is selected in the Creative Cloud app under Preferences > Apps > Default install language? That should determine what language After Effects is using. If this is not set correctly, it will impact your ability to migrate the app preferences (including workspaces, labels, etc) from the previous version to a new version.
You can also try going to After Effects' Preferences > General and selecting Migrate Previous Version Preferences to trigger the migration of your previous preferences manually.
