Premiere Pro and After effects showing different things when working with Dynamic Link

Hi, im having this problem when working with Premiere Pro and After Effects.

I have some captured footage of a videogame and im tracking the cursor in AE and then stabilizing it so it is always centered on the camera, and it looks fine when i see the preview of the comp on AE, but the linked clip in Premiere shows different movement for the camera. Its very odd that the clip on Premiere shows a different thing than the AE composition that its linked to. (I have had this problem on other clips as well and i usually just adjust manually from Premiere, but its not a very good solution)

Workflow is key. Speed changes in Premiere Pro can cause problems in AE. Working on the right comp in AE can be problematic. If I'm going to track anything I bring in from Premiere Pro I always pre-compose moving all attributes, then do the tracking/stabilizing/roto work on the nested Pre-comp that I just made instead of the original footage. This avoids a bunch of problems.

Without more specific info on how it looks, what else is involved, how the tracking data is applied and so on nobody can really tell you much. simple differences in sequence and comp settings can often cause weird behaviors and of course then you could be using other stuff that interferes as well. More info and screenshots certainly would help a lot.
