presets panel not working AE

ive been using AE normally for 1 year but when i upgraded to 2022 i got a lot of problems including this one, when i open the presets panel it works normally until i search for any preset, then it bugs and i cant use any presets or effect, anyone know how to fix this?

Honestly, judging from how slow your overall interface is responding I'd assume that you have a problem on the system in general. Anything from graphics driver to slow and cluttered drives. At least check the graphics driver and storage and update if necessary.

Maybe try resetting preferences.
To restore the default preference settings, press and hold the following keys while the application is starting.
  1. Ctrl+Alt+Shift (Windows)
  2. Command+Option+Shift (Mac OS)
