Hi everytime i load my cliip into after effect it will only play a quarter of the frames then jump back to the beginning. When I repostion the time indicator further into the clip to help it load, the results where the same more of the clip had loaded but the stuff from earlier on was no cut out.

If you want to load more frames into memory, try to lower the resolution, or skip some frames in the preview settings

I would try going to edit/After Effects on Mac purge memory/cache.

Also, reset preferences:

Press Alt (Windows) or Option (Mac OS) while launching Premiere Pro. ...
To reset preferences and plug-in cache at the same time, hold down Shift-Alt (Windows) or Shift-Option (Mac OS) while the application is starting. Hope that this helps.

Hi i just tried to purge all memory and disk cache and still the same result happen. Next I treid to reset the prefernces and plug in but Im not sure if I did it correctly but the results are still the same .
