Preview After Effects effects

Question

Is there a way to preview all the effects that come with After Effects? I know you can preview some in Bridge, but those are just the Animation Presets. Is there a way to preview the other effects like those under "Distort," like "CC Bender", "CC Blobbylize" or "CC Page Turn"?

There has to be a way to preview each effect to see what it does, instead of just dragging each one manually onto an object and previewing it.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

That was always a pretty cool feature of Bridge. Bridge is available to download from this link if you miss it: https://www.adobe.com/apps/all/all-platforms

Whoever runs Motion Island must have spent A LOT of time creating these galleries:
