Preview After Effects effects

Question

Is there a way to preview all the effects that come with After Effects? I know you can preview some in Bridge, but those are just the Animation Presets. Is there a way to preview the other effects like those under "Distort," like "CC Bender", "CC Blobbylize" or "CC Page Turn"?

There has to be a way to preview each effect to see what it does, instead of just dragging each one manually onto an object and previewing it.
