preview does not match with render

Hi, so i've made an edit and everything in the preview on ae looks how i want it but after i render it (i use media encoder) the transitions i've used in it are out of sync with the audio i used. so everything is offbeat? for example the zoom in the preview looks how i want it but after the render it goes way too fast or just not the way i wanted it. hope this explains my problem (:

      How are you rendering? If you used the Render cue and picked the default lossless Output Module preset your system cannot keep up with the data rate. 

       

      If you are new then it is critical that you spend a significant amount of time with the User Guide. It's nearly impossible to do anything in AE if you just start poking around in the UI. The Learn section of AE's home screen, or the Tutorials section of the AE product page are good places to start. The fastest route to the user guide is the Search Help field in the top right corner of AE's UI.

      Make sure you have set preview quality to full resolution, no skipping of frames, matchting framerate with comp and render to cache, so it can preview from cache. Activate info panel in menu > window to see if playback is realtime.

       

      Convert your audio to WAV, if not already. MP3 always make trouble in AE.

       

      Make sure that you export settings matching the comp settings, especially framerate.

      hey, could u please explain more with the matching frame rates and comp settings + the skipping frames because i dont know where to check that and if they are matching

      Just go to the preview panel (if there is no: window > preview) and expand it if necessary.

      Skip frames should be 0, fps should be on auto or the fps of your comp (hit CTRL + K to see comp settings) and preview quality should be full in order to check if the comp renders correctly.

      If you are working with motion blur, this should be enabled for preview, too (the button in the comp timeline, above the layers).

       

      The reason I'm asking you to check this is, if on final render "suddenly" things are different or errors occure, it's always a sign that the work have never been watched at full resolution before. 

      Effects rendering quite nice as long as resolution is set lower than full. As soon as you export, AE renders everything in full resolution and problems occure because now you are hitting hardware limitations, software limitations or bad project layout.

      It's importend to check your work at full resolution from time to time to make sure you are not about to create something, your computer cannot process.

       

      However, don't forget to convert the audio to WAV, just to eleminate this source of issues.
