Preview freezes when selecting and 'previewing' and isolated layer.

That's basically it. Whenever I double click a layer, my preview gets frozen until I restart AE.

I've been contacting Adobe's support but they haven't been able to solve that issue for me. They were able to figure out that was something GPU related (not sure if hardware or drivers). But yeah, they tried everything to try and fix it and they couldn't (this includes reinstalling GPU drivers, reinstalling AE, changing AE's version, testing a beta version, and many many more things).

The strange thing is that I've found a temporary fix, and that's just changing the windows user/profile. I've created a brand new profile in my PC and it works, but I would love to be able to use the program on my profile.

Does anyone know anything else that I can try?
