preview glitching

so i have a comp ready, and the preview just doesn't budge. But when i scrub my time indicator it previews properly, and when i actually press space bar. It previews the last frame my time indicator was in, i double clicked videos from my comp. It works perfectly, I update CC 2018, deleted temp files, purged it, deleted after effects folder on %appdata%, im not sure on what to do.
