Preview green and black after using rotoscope to remove background

My preview is stucked in this situation, seems is always calulating. Video has trasparent background  and has been created with a dinamyc link from adobe premiere

Hi,I'm sorry to hear about this. Could you help me with some details?1. Did you use the Rotobrush tool, or was the media rotoscoped using a different method? 2. Please share your current After Effects and Premiere Pro versions.3. Please share the source file properties (format, codec, frame size, frame rate).
