preview not rendered, and didnt showing anything, just showing wireframe layer

I'm trying to open my friend's illustrator file, and like this, before I was looking for a solution to this problem, and it turned out that on the artboard, after I fixed it, and made the file separate, my Ae display still looks like this, I've cleared the cache, and restarted my pc, still no result

can anyone help?

Impossible to know much without actual system information and other details. The usual steps apply: Check your hardware acceleration settings, update your graphics drivers. Also check the AI file. It may simply have been saved wrongly or use features that AE cannot support.
