Preview starting from last rendered frame and muted

For some reason, in my composition, whenever I start preview it jumps to the last rendered frame. And there's no audio, this has been happening for a week now and i don't know what to do. I've uninstalled and reinstalled ae, i checked all the files, reinstalled, and it just doesn't  work. My specs are gefore rtx 3060 and a ryzen 5700x with 2*8g of ram, if anybody knows that could be causing this

    @vitaly5FC2 If you disable Cache Before Playback, does the preview act as you expect?

      Hi @vitaly5FC2,

      Thank you for reporting this issue. Do you have Cache Before Playback enabled in your Preview panel for the playback shortcut you are using (e.g. Spacebar, Numpad 0, etc)?
