I am so frustrated with my new aftereffect 2022. The timeline doesn't move and the preview windo doesn't show anything. I just purchased it and didn'y even get the chance to do one project with it. My new laptop is DELL i5 16 RAM shouldn't have any issue. The problem occurs everytime i open AE and nothing muh actually in my project. i just add one video then it hang. Please help

The same old answer applies: Start by updating your system's graphics driver and check the relevant settings in AE for hardware acceleration, caches and so on.

I have been looking all over the internet and tried what you said but nothing changed. Played with the RAM and Cash settings. Prview settings. I don't know what else to do
