Preview Windows start Blinking when i move timeline

Hi,

I have bought a new PC and installed After Effects 2025 on it, but the problem is that when I make any changes that need preview, the preview window starts blinking. sorry this is the best way I can describe it. I also record a video that shows what is happening.
my PC information:

CPU and GPU: intel i5 13400

RAM: 32GB

SSD: Lexar 1TB

Windows 11

After Effects 25.1.0 (Build 68)

I tested reinstalling and restarting Windows and After Effects but nothing changed.

The issue seems related to refresh rate. Can you find any updaters of graphic function on Intel web site?

Is it happening in all the projects? Is there a dedicated GPU installed on your machine? If so, ensure that the GPU driver is updated.

Thank you for your response. 

Yes, this is happening in all projects. As for the GPU, I don't have a dedicated one; I only have the integrated GPU of 13400.

I should mention that I tested other versions of After Effects, and surprisingly, all of them are working fine with no issues. I tested the 2022, 2023, and 2024 versions.

Sorry for the delayed response.

Are you still having the issue? Can you try this: Go to After Effects Preferences > Display > disable "Hardware Accelerated Composition, Layer, and Footage Panels".
