Previewing erro M1 macbook pro

Hello I am using mackbook pro M1 with 16GB using aftereffect 24.6.1 and previewing in not working and showing "Low Memory warning all the time" I tried lower version of AE and it's happening the same.

I am just working template with transition not 3D or serious effect. Please help me urgently I am start joining new job and it's really terribel .

It depends on how complex is your comp. what is the comp size that you are working on ?

if you run into memory issue, keep purging the memory from Edit -> purge -> all memeory and disk cache
