Prevualisation

Hi,

I'm Alexandre, Motion Designer.

 

I have a little issue, when I want to see my prevualisation I have a black screen but if I don't manually with the cursor I can see my project. 
Does anyone has this problem ? 😞

Try purging Ae. Go to the Edit / Purge / All Memory & Disk Cache ... menu.

    Hi Byron,

    I purged all memory cache, disk cache.

    I unistall nothing the same problem 😞 

     

    It's alright I will use the cursor.

    Without any system info, details about your composition, preview settings and so on nobody can really tell you much. Start by checking your hardware acceleration settings and update your system's graphics driver.

      I have a MacBook Air 13''

      Processor : 1,3 GHz

      Graphism : Intel HD Graphic 5000 1536 Mo

      This is my preview settings :

       

      It's strange because before I have After Effect CC the problem works perfecly.
