Problem: camera tracking 3d after effect

Hello:
I have a problem with "3D camera tracking" (After Effects). The same tracking points always appear and in the same position, whatever video I use. Always 14 points and another 6 on the top left of the image and each point in the same position of the screen, even if I play on the video they don't follow the movement of video. If I select a target and place a solid object or text, it does, but when I play the video, the object or text stays in the same position on the screen, and doesn't follow the movement of the video.
Can someone help me on this?

Without any info about your system, your footage, screenshots and so on we can't really tell you much. the points always appearing in the same places likely suggests that the footage is not recognized at all and the default initial auto-detecxt features are used. The most likely cause are hardware acceleration issues, so check those settings in the preferences and update your system's graphics drivers if possible. Anything more will require better information.
