PROBLEM CONSOLIDATE

Hi everyone! with my team we have a problem to consolidate our projects since 2 weeks. Every time we consolidate our footages size 0Ko. We are 4 motion designers with different projects, we work on After 22.5.

Thank you if someone have a clue ^^'

Without more specific info about the footage used in the project and how and where it is used we can't really tell you much. You also have not provided any system info. That said, I beleive there's a bug where assets using hardware accelerated decoding such as MP4 files won't be recognized correctly, so the proper thing to do is to turn off these functions in the prefs and try again. Anything outside that will require more info.

I didn't explain what kind of footage because the problem touch every footages that's why I wrote we have many different projects, different computers but the same problem on every projects we work on. We have every type of footage (.mov, .mp4, .wav, .png, .ai....)
