Problem exporting illustrator layers with gradients

Hello! I created a project using layers from illustrator as I have done multiple times before. In After Effects everything seems to be in the right place, but when I send to Media Encoder to export, the sahdow layers change position and get clipped. Is there a setting i need to change when exporting that may be causing this? I've tried multiple presets and it looks like this with any of them.

EDIT: I exported the illustrator layers as PNGs, replaced them on the animation and the bug still persists. The problem seems to be on Adobe Media Encoder. I rendered from After Effects directly and it worked.
