Problem exporting videos with text After 2023

Hey guys, I am new here and not sure if my english is good enough to explain my problem. Thanks in advance for your help.
After the last update of After Effects, Premiere and Media Encoder I started to have huge problems in the previsualization and export of videos, specialy when they have text. I can perfectly watch the video in my timeline in After, with any issue, but when I add to qeue to export in both, Media Encoder or After Effects the final video have black screens (for 3-5 frames) in random times during the video.
Does someone else have some problem with this? I'd like to know if this issue if related to the last version (23.0)   or there's something wrong with my PC.
