Problem extending callout

Hi
I have downloaded a callout from Envato elements but cant extend the timeline to more than the preset.
If I extend the timeline the graphics still dissapeer when the timeline reach the original timelenght setting.
Can you figure out what setting I am missing or whether there is some hidden script I need to edit.
I am pretty new to after Effects so if it is a script think, I will need some advice as to where to find it.

Attached is an example of a file.

If you want to extend everything, you have to:

1. extend main comp and all layers

2. extend each pre-comp on it's own and all containing layers

3. repeat for every nested pre-comp

4. check for outgoing keyframes at the ends of the layers - since those are tend to fade/hide the visual content
