Ok but how do we install Element 3D for it to patch in the first place, since the 2.2.0 setup file cant find any version of After Effects to install?

Log into your VCP account and go to the Downloads section. You'll see a full install of Element 3D 2.2.2, which means you won't need the patch file.

Element 3D is a 3rd party effect from video Copilot.

Contacting Videocopilot Support (support@videocopilot.net) would be the best option.
