Problem to save

Please, somebody can help me? I have a big problem. I have finished a work, but I can not to save the project and I can not process it. I have try to export to Premiere but when I open in Premiere, I can not see nothing, only the files in the library. What can I do? Can I save my projec somehow? If somebody can hel me I will be very, very grateful. I need to publice this evening. Thank you so much for yor help

Hi ROBERMARTIN,

 

Sorry for your issue.

What happens when you try to save the project? Do you see any error message? Have you tried to save the project to a different location? Not sure if it'll help but you can give Collect Files a try (File > Dependencies > Collect Files).

Hi Nishu!! thanks for your help. I could not to save the project but I could send the project to Media encoder and once there, I could do the render. I could talk with the Adobe agent and they told me that my problem was because I have not enough ram memory. I only have 8 Gb. Greetings!!!
