PROBLEM WITH AE INSTALLATION

I have an ongoing adobe ae and ps subscription but after having the latest update, AE  won't open and always crash.

Ps works just fine.  I tried uninstalling and whenever I install it keeps retrying. I have a deadline this week and badly needed

the software that I availed for. PLEASE HELP.

Nobody can tell you anything without exact system info or other technical details such as possibly the crash info. Start by disabling unnecessary cloud services like the Library, Typekit etc.. They often cause issues.
