Problem with after effect 2022 impossible to open the application

Hi,

I've got a big problem with after effect since today. It's impossible to open it !

I've got  this message all the day... impossible to open... I restarted the computer, I uninstalled and reinstalled after effect without success. All other adobe software (premiere pro, photoshop, indesign...) works perfectly in the 2022 release. I have to return a job and I'm stuck... Could someone help me find the solution?

    i'm having this same issue! my little baby don't shine anymore and i'm sad, about to cry.

    Hi Naouel,

     

    Sorry for the crash.

    Would you mind sharing your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)? Did you make any changes to your computer recently? Also, are there any third-party plug-ins installed?

    We're here to help, just need more info.

    I didn’t make any changes before the crash... it happened while the day before I was working on after effect without problem. But it gets a little bugger sometimes... and the next day impossible to open it.
    I deleted all the old versions from the system, I made the system updates, I downloaded windows 11 to see if it could come from there, I restart my computer, I try with old version of After Effects without any success...
     
    It works only when my graphics card Intel Core 7 is disabled... but if it's enabled it's impossible to open After Effects. 
    Is After effect incompatible with my graphics card? 
    Because all other adobe software works with no problem, I don't understand why?
    Can you help me?

    Please download the previous version until you get a solution to this issue. What I can suggest for the moment is that you update your operating system whatever version you have and also update your GPU drivers.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your answer. I did it... but it's impossible to open too... I don't understand why?

    Two days ago, I hadn't any problems... and now I can't use after effect... for any version! 

    I don't know why the others software works perfectly and not after effect... I've sent a report at Adobe... I hope someone can find me an issue of my problem.
