Problem with background in 3D phones

Hello, this is my first time writing a message like this, but it's also the first time I've been unable to solve this problem. I will briefly describe my task so that you are aware of the situation. My client wants us to use 3D on a phone to present the features of their application. I am purchasing the 3D from Envato. Everything is fine, but I want to put some brand elements under the phones themselves and I can't because each 3D model has a background that I can only change, but I can't remove. I am attaching screenshots, and I can upload more, but I would be grateful if anyone has done something similar and managed to solve this issue. Thank you in advance.

Thanks for reaching out.

Do you want to remove the content displayed on the screen or the coloured bubbles? You may want to disable and enable layers to find which layer contains the background.

Let me know.

Thanks,
Nishu

It's not as simple as it seems 😄 I want to put these circles under the 3D images on the phones, but I can't because there are some masks and when I turn off the background in the composition, the 3D image doesn't appear. It may be something simple that I need to do. This is my first time working with 3D on phones, and I'm finding it a little difficult. I can attach more photos to help if necessary.

Here is the composition of one of the 3Ds. The bottom layer is the animation of the circles. It is not visible because there is a background. When I remove this background, the background becomes white and the 3D is not visible.
