Problem with immersive effect on CC2018

Hello

For more than a year I work with skybox studio v2. I have never had a problem with the plug ins. I recently upgraded to adobe CC2018, but the VR effect(immersive vidéo) does not work. I have a request to activate my GPU, (which is the case in my preferences) but nothing works. Neither on my workstation (Mac 2012, 64gb ram, graphics card n'vidia gtx 900) nor on my mac book pro (which I consider normal)

I reinstalled after effect cc2017 and skybox suite, and everything works. I will still like to use cc2018.

Can you help me please.

    Sounds like your GPU is not being detected. Have you checked out Project Settings? What does it say there?

    Hello Kevin

    Yes the GPU is well detected by after effect and the cuda. I checked the boxes for immersion vr. It is noted that I have exactly the same problem with first cc2018.
