problem with installing saber-effect and missing files in a template

Hello, I have a question about Ae. Where do I get the "saber" effect? I downloaded an Ae template (link) and unzipped it. I am supposed to install the saber effect and "2 files are not present since last storing". I can only find 1 of 2 file (audio track) in the zip-file. The png is completely missing. Could someone help me in this case? I'd really appreciate it. I want to adjust the title on my animation, everything else should stay.

The free Saber effet can be downloaded from videocopilot.net

The missing files is a little complicated. Try to contact with the creator to ask for these files. Anyway, be sure these files are used in any of the compositions as sometimes the files are included in the project but not used in any comp.
