Problem with motion bro & previewing presets

Hello. I finally got motion bro to upload my presets from a video hive pack but when I open it in after effects it shows up like this. Won't even let me click on anything or drag it into After Effects either. Shouldn't it shows previews of what the fonts and such look like? Any help is much appreciated. Thankyou.
