Problem with Rendering

Question

hello, after i updated my after effects the last time i have a problem with rendering the clip or the video i am using. when i press the spacebar to render the clip its only loading like 1-2 seconds and then stops or repeats. i tried many things but its not helping. normally i never had a problem with that. first i thought it is because of the clip im using but it isnt. maybe its because of the new update but i dont know. does anyone know what to do? it would be great!
