Problem with the Content-Aware Fill tool in ACES (color mismatch)

Hi,
This is the first time that I have to work in a linear ACES workflow, and I'm a bit confused. I want to use the Content-Aware Fill tool but I'm having issues.

Context: I'm working with an .exr footage, I have some VFX to do, and I later have to deliver the compositions in ACEScg.
Problem: I seem to have correctly color managed the clip using the OCIO Color Space Transform tool effect (Sony S-log3 ⇢ ACEScg). I then try using the Content-Aware Fill tool, but the result is unusable: the colors are off. I assume that I have to apply an OCIO Color Space Transform on the Fill Layer as well, but I can't seem to find the right color space input/output. I'm probably missing something here.

Any idea how I can solve this? Thank you.
