Problem with the Rubber hose

Hi, it's been a few days that I am trying to learn how to work with Rubber hose script and I faced a crippling problem. 

so, everytime I create a Hose, the controller ancher points appear far from the shape and this is causing many lags in terms of movement and nothing is working correctly. when I am trying to create arm or leg for a character it doesn't work smoothly and sometime doesn't work at all.

Here I attached a picture of my comp so you can see how far the controller ancher points are and how can I fix the position of the ancher points. 

Any help on this problem would be appreciated.
