Problema con After Effects, no me deja descargarlo!!

Hola, quise descargar After Effects desde mi cuenta con suscripción y me encontré con la sorpresa de que me pone que "Mi sistema es incompatible" Pense que era por tener la ultima version de Windows 10, por lo tanto, hace 1hs formateé y me instale el Windows 11 ultima version, la cual en los requerimientos de After Effects dice que funciona, y ni aún así me deja descargarlo, necesito ayuda urgente porfavor!

    Hello, I wanted to download Adobe After effects from my subscription account and I was surprised that it says "My system is incompatible." I thought it was because I had the latest version of W10, therefore, 1 hour ago I formatted and installed Windows 11 with the latest version, which in the after effects requirements says that it works, and it still doesn't let me download it, I need urgent help please!

    My pc has an AMD Ryzen 7 2700, RX 580 8gb and 16gb of ram.

    The hardware of your system looks fine. Please check if there's an update for Windows 11. If that doesn't help, I'd suggest reaching us out by phone or chat.
