Problème de prévisualisation

Bonjour,

Il ne se passe plus rien lorsque j'appuie sur la barre espace. Le curseur n'avance pas, les images ne sont plus prévisualisées. Le disk&cache est purgé, j'ai également tenté de mettre off le multi rendering frames. J 'ai redémarré plusieurs fois l'application et enfin je l'ai carrément réinstallée sans succès, je ne sais plus quoi faire. Que pensez-vous que je dois-ve tenter maintenant ?

Please share the following details so that we can troubleshoot the issue properly.

What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)?
What's the version of After Effects you're using?
Is it happening in all the projects? Could you try on a new project?

Thanks for your message !

This morning things seemed to work properly. But yesterday the problem appeared in every after effects project I was trying to run. I'll keep in touch if it appears again if you agree with that ?

I'm sending you the specification of my computer in the meantime in case it is useful later. My version of after effects is the last one.
