Bonjour,

Je rencontre des soucis avec After Effects. Un message d'erreur s'affiche et le programme se ferme.

As suggested in the error messages, have you tried updating your GPU driver? What are your system specifications (CPU, GPU, RAM, OS version)? Also, what version of After Effects are you using?

Hello 👋

Yes, I use the latest Quadro Studuio driver from Nvidia (Version 576.28).

Here are my system specifications :

CPU : AMD Ryzen 9 5950X

GPU : PNY Quadro RTX 5000

RAM : 128GB. DDR4 3200 (4x 32GB)

OS : Windows 11 Pro x64 24H2 Build 26100.3915

After Effects Version : 25.2.2

Please note that before the error message appears, the monitor (MSI Prestige PS341WU) loses the DisplayPort signal.

Thanks for the details. I did some research and found out that this is a known issue with After Effects, and the product team is working on a fix. Sorry for the inconvenience.
