Hello! I have a problem and maybe you can help me ... When I download Adobe After Effects and activate it as a test, I get the following message:

After Effects Warning: The directory "/ Users / cflng / Library / Preferences / Adobe / After Effects / 15.0 / Workspaces of the original user" could not be created. Check the protection and permissions of the main directory.

And then, this:

"After Effects can not continue: unexpected error during the start of the application"

Hola! Tengo un problema y quizás puedas ayudarme... Al descargar Adobe After Effects y activarlo como prueba me sale el siguiente mensaje:

Advertencia de After Effects: No se ha podido crear el directorio “/Users/cflng/Library/Preferences/Adobe/After Effects/15.0/Espacios de trabajo del usuario original”. Compruebe la protección y los permisos del directorio principal.

Y acto seguido, esto:

"no puede continuar After Effects: error inesperado durante el inicio de la aplicación"

    Take a backup and Delete all the folders you have inside the - "The directory "/ Users / cflng / Library / Preferences / Adobe / After Effects / " This will reset the preferences of After effects which should fix the issue.

    Guide to folder location -

    MacOS -

    1. Go to your desktop and click GO on the menu bar.

    2. Select Go to Folder from the drop-down and type the following path: /Users/[user_name]/Library/Preferences/Adobe/After Effects/

    3. Delete the folder 15.0

    4. Open After Effects.
