Problems with CEPHtml Engine and plugin

It's been a few days since After Effects gives me this CEPHtml Engine error and it doesn't allow me to use the bodymovin plug in anymore, has anyone had the same problem as me? I use Creative Cloud After Effects 2021 on iMac 27 2.8 GHz Intel Core i7 quad-core processor - 8 GB 1067 MHz DDR3 memory - ATI Radeon HD 4850 512 MB graphics card. Until a month ago everything was working perfectly

Hi, I have the same problem although I'm using Creative Cloud After Effects 2020 on a MacBook Pro 2011. Everythings working fine, but I can't run Bodymovin' and Lottie's plugins. 😞

If someone knows, I'll really appreciate it

Is Bodymovin the only extension that's not working or all your extensions? I'd make sure the extensions and After Effects are up to date, then maybe re-install AE after that if it's still an issue.
