I still managed to change the saturation and i wanted to export it then this screen comes up instead of the video. Really disperate, if someone can help

After Effects treats source footage as if it is uncompressed.

10 minutes is a lot to load into RAM and cache at Full Resolution and full motion even at the lowest color depth settings for a project (8 bits per channel).

Try setting the Composition Resolution to Quarter and skipping frames during Preview (Shift + Numberpad Zero defaults to skipping 1 frame).

You can set audio to wait until the Preview has laoded to play in the Preview Panel, avoiding slow audio.

View the Info Panel for feedback about the Preview status when you start one.

Try setting the work area to shorter durations rather than the length of the Composition.  If using the default Render Queue settings, be sure to set ot back to the length of the Comp before rendering.

In Media Encoder, something is causing the link to the source file to break.  That will require some troubleshooting.

In the meantime, use the After Effects Render Queue to render to the H264 40 Mbps Output Module Template.  Or, customize the High Quality Output Module Template to Apple Pro Res 422 LT (the 1080p file will be about 7GB) and then add that movie to the Adobe Media Encoder Queue.
