Program Bugs

1)

I'm on a mac, and sometimes when you click off the program, the entire program window hides. This is very frustrating as I am often dragging assets into the program or wish to have another program up at the same time, like a PDF storyboard for example. This bug has been around for at least 5 years.

2)

Talking about hiding, I can't get the program to hide half the time. The icon in the dock starts bouncing when I try, but the program needs zero attention. I'm literally in the program already, but then I need to go to the dock to get it to stop bouncing and from freezing me out of the program.
