Program Monitor Bug in AE 2021

Program monitor does not always display all items when in top/side mode.  Nor does it always permit zooming out to encompass all items-- takes multiple tries of zooming in and out or hiding/revealing all layers to eventually encompass them all.  Have wasted 5 minutes of zooming time over the last 30 minutes trying to see items in the project.  Please assist, thanks.
